For molded pieces, follow the instructions to take your fingerprint or your dog/cat noseprint/pawprint at home and send back the molds to us. If you prefer, you can also visit one of our sales outlets to take your animal's imprint directly on site or at our atelier in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert all year long.

For engraved pieces (if you can't mold imprints), send us a sharp picture of your fingerprint (or a picture of the entire paw of your dog/cat) by email following your order confirmation. We will vectorise it for you.

Yes, you can reach out to meet us at one of our workspace locations, retail stores, or at our upcoming events and pop-ups. You can also visit our atelier in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert throughout the year by booking an appointment through this link. Yes, you can. Just select the amount of imprints before adding the product to your cart. You can even add up to 6 imprints on the Sigma tag charm. For any specific requests, feel free to contact us and we'll let you know what we can do for you.

You can find our kits and take your animal's imprint directly on site in one of the following pet stores or veterinary practices under the section "retailers" from this list.

All of our collections are molded from your real imprint (human or animal). The metal follows every detail of the mold, creating a more textured and organic look.

On request, if you are not able to mold the imprints, pieces can be engraved on the surface using diamond-point technology with a vectorized scaled digital image of the fingerprint/noseprint.

You can either visit your nearest jewelry store or one of our sales outlets to use a ring gauge. Measure the inside diameter of a ring and then refer to this table.

Molded jewelry is made from 100% recycled 925 silver, vermeil (solid silver plated with a 5-micron layer of 18k gold) or 18k pure gold. Engraved jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver and gold-plated.

Yes. Our 925 sterling silver and solid 18k gold jewelry can be worn in the shower and is suitable for everyday wear.

For vermeil jewelry, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising, or using household and cosmetic products. Vermeil consists of a layer of gold applied over sterling silver, and repeated exposure to water, chemicals, friction, perfumes, and lotions can gradually affect its finish.

This is especially important for rings, as they are naturally exposed to more friction, hand washing, sanitizers, and everyday contact with surfaces. To preserve the color and finish of your vermeil jewelry for as long as possible, we recommend keeping it dry and storing it carefully when not being worn.

‍Please note that the natural fading of vermeil over time is considered normal wear and is not a manufacturing defect.

For any necessary repairs, we ask you to send us a photo of the damaged jewel to info@huella-jewelry.com so that we can send you a repair estimate.

Approximately 25 working days from the day we receive the molds. If it is in Holiday season, such as Christmas, we reserve the right to extend the time delivery by 5 to 10 extras business days.

Free shipping is automatically applied for any minimum orders of 250 EUR in Belgium.

Yes, once your order has been confirmed and your parcel dispatched, you will receive an email from Bpost.

We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers. For any interruptions to orders when in transit, please contact the shipping company directly, after receiving tracking number.

Customers are responsible of paying all import duties and/or taxes.

Our jewelry is personalized and for this reason, once your piece has been created, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

‍However, if you contact us before sending your molds, we can still change the jewelry model selected in your order. If the new model is more expensive, you will be asked to pay the difference. If there is a remaining balance, it will be issued as a voucher only toward a future order.

Once we have received your molds and the creation process has begun, no changes, exchanges, or cancellations can be made.

A full refund is possible as long as your imprint has not yet been sent to us and no personalized production has begun.

If you have already received your imprint kit, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. You may keep the imprint kit for future use; 30 EUR corresponding to the cost of the kit, as well as half of the initial delivery costs, will be deducted from your refund.

‍After this 7-day period, monetary refunds are no longer available. If your imprint has not yet been sent and production has not started, we can instead offer you a voucher to use toward a future Huella Jewelry purchase.

Once your imprint has been sent to us and the creation of your personalized jewelry has begun, the order is final and can no longer be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

Any personal information provided such as name, address, telephone number, email address, imprints, etc is strictly protected. We may ask for this information, if needed, to process orders accordingly. Imprints molds will be returned after production. All personal data will be used only for the purpose of Huella Jewelry and furthering your experience, and will not be shared amongst any other company.
